Quick & Easy Ranch Chicken

When using boneless skinless chicken thighs, this chicken stays nice and moist. My husband couldn't even tell that it was baked!! Your family is sure to love this easy yummy chicken!

Quick & Easy Ranch Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup pre-made ranch dressing
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup cornmeal
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning salt
½ teaspoon garlic salt

Preheat oven at 425° F.
On a large plate mix together breadcrumbs, cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, cajun seasoning and garlic salt, set aside. Pour ranch dressing into a bowl and dip each chicken thigh into the dressing and then into the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and repeat until you have all of the chicken thighs on the cookie sheet. Place in 425° F oven and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Made this last week and it was delicious! I actually hate ranch but I gave it a try and couldn't even taste any ranch. Perfect dish!
